Optional field trip
On Saturday, 28 May 2016, we invite you to the historical city of Alba-Iulia, in a field trip that will last all day (including lunch). The cost of the trip is 120 lei.
If you would like to come, please let us know by e-mail until 12 May.

Written paper must be submitted by June 7.
Guidelines for papers, presentations and posters
Please comply with the following rules when preparing your papers, presentations and posters:

Use the presentation template of the conference available HERE.
Adjust the duration of your presentation to a time limit of 20 minutes for plenary lectures and 10 minutes for oral presentations.
Standard poster size is A1 Portrait Orientation (Height = 84 cm, Width = 59 cm).
